Many foods that are typically eaten in the morning are not good for our body. Here are 5 best breakfast foods to avoid. You may be surprised to see the food on the list.


Unfortunately, some foods that many people eat for breakfast are unhealthy. Especially if you are on a diet. Even though you may make an unhealthy choice, don't forget that breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
We often talk about how important breakfast is to the body . This article introduces foods to avoid as the first meal of the day.
Breakfast is the first food in our body during the day. The reason for having breakfast is  to take vitamins, minerals and vegetable nutrients . That's why you should be careful what foods you should eat for breakfast. If not  you will be able to consume products that cause causes that are contrary to what we want, such as obesity, malnutrition, and more hunger  
People often fill their stomachs with food that is poor in nutrients or is heavy and difficult to digest. These foods make us tired and offended. 
When we go to bed, the body fasts and heals and detoxifies. However, this effect stops at the first meal of the day.
Let's see which foods should disappear completely from the breakfast list  .

1. Artificial or highly processed fruit juice


Since most people have eaten since childhood, fruit juice is often consumed as part of breakfast. Trust in these beverages began with the text “add vitamins” read on the label.
But in practice,  sugar and artificial colors and flavors were also added.  This combination has no health benefits. Pasteurized juice is also  not well received by the body, as it can raise blood sugar levels .
If you really want to eat fruit juice,  it's best to make your own juice so fresh that you can eat it once. However, don't forget that freshly squeezed juice also contains a lot of fructose sugar.
Choose a smoothie if you want a more fruitful drink  .

2. Yogurt with commercially available scent

Yogurt is another food found in many people's breakfasts. Milk products are healthy and nutritious, but reality is not.
Yogurt with commercial flavors is one of the best things to avoid for breakfast. Let's look at the following reasons.
  • It secretes mucus to  make sputum come out. 
  • The flavored yogurt tends to be full of sugar and artificial ingredients 
Instead , choose natural yogurt. You can make it at home or buy it at a store, but keep in mind that you always read the label . No sugar or chemicals should be found in the ingredient list.
If you want to add scent, try adding 1 serving of fruit to yogurt. 

3. Processed meat

Meats like bacon, ham and sausage are unhealthy, whether or not they are diet foods. This is because most of them contain large amounts of  sodium and saturated fat . 
What's more, the  digestive system is hard to handle, making you  feel tired and bloated. If you have a busy day ahead, you won't feel very happy.
It is recommended to eat lean meat with chicken, eggs or an appropriate amount of vegetables instead of processed  meat. 

4. Cereal


Cereals are also typical foods like juice. The ad told us that eating these cereals for breakfast can lead to an energetic life all day long.
The problem is that the cereal feels bloated and sleepy. That's why this food should be avoided for breakfast.
These products are rich in  sugar, artificial colors and flavors. Like juice, this combination is also not suitable for consumption in the morning. If you eat commercial cereal with animal milk, you'll have the worst start.
A better product for breakfast is natural or organic cereal . You can also make oatmeal, homemade cereal bars, or whole grain bread. If you want to add  milk, it is best to use vegetable milk such as soy milk , oat milk, almond milk or coconut milk .
